The new rules and consiquences

So at my school they made alot of new rules and some unbelievable consiquences. Like those drawstring bags that kids carry around and put there books in, if we carry those around we must clean them out and carry all of our books and if it becomes a habit then we get MIR's or even referrals. Also, gum a friend of mine got caught chewing gum once and got a MIR and detention. I think this is Rediculous

i dont think these rules are new, but that they're just now getting enforced. gum and drawstring bags are against the rules, but i think the better sourse of actions would be to change the rules, not the consequences.
