yes and the 8th graders taking an high school language already have alternating days. eventualy they are going to take the high school languages out of the middle schools too. (ex: spanish or french 1)

the A and B day switch is already confusing enough
and it's easier to just learn one of the cores (SS or Science) for one half of the year and then switch

also, trying to put them both in one class would be even more confusing

i agree but i cant believe they are not going to let 8th graders take spanish/french 1, soon in the future

Im in 6th grade and I think that is one of the more better ideas that they have had i mean the msa comes before since is even over so its like we dont even have a chance on getting 100% unless your a since major

in all true, I'm completely against a Science MSA
I think that is unfair

but taking on another switch/ A-B thing, I think, would be a bit much

i'm against it too because i'm taking sci in the 2nd marking period and will take the msa before i can complete the course

I know toataly and all of u agenst the whole sci. ss switch off may want to think about how much more fun it would be( not in a "WOW COOL SCI+ SS ON THE SAME SECDULE) to chande it up nat the same ole boring scedule every day.

Who went to the crasc middleschool meeting? I was the one who spoke about the whole sprit week thing.

while the switching off would change it up, it'd still be to difficult

just the thought of trying to cram math, both my different LA, and SS is just at a right level (not inculding Band)

trying to cram Science as well, and doing that for the WHOLE year would get a little old and headache inducing, to me, personally (I don't know your schedule)

Also, I like chaging up the year with the SS -> Science switch

But what about learning science? It isn't about not wanting to take a test. After all, a test is a measure of your understaning of a topic. If you really understood science, the test would not be a problem. However, under the current schedule it is impossible to really learn a subject on a longterm basis. Besides, all classes in high school are on an a/b schedule, so you better get used to it at some point. Might as well start gradually in middle school.

Well, we can't change the MSA, so since you have them anyway, it is better to take science all year so at least you are ready.

And just to let u know at my school already they are doing the rotation.
